Question: How can I get assistance if I need it?

Question: How log does it take for me to get my shipment.

D2BJewels uses USPS to ship our packages. Orders are typically shipped 3-5 business days of payment. There is a flat fee of $5.00 for shipping, unless otherwise stated.

Question: I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

All sales are final sale. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase(s), you may contact us to initiate the return of your merchandise within 7 days of the delivery of your product. After which, you have an additional 7 days to physically return the item(s) back for a store credit/exchange. After 14 days from the point of delivery, no returns/exchanges shall be accepted.

Please return items in original condition (unworn, unaltered).

Buyer is responsible for charges for shipping item(s) back.

Question: The item I want is out of stock. What do I do?

Items are available on a first come, first served basis. If an item is restocked, it will be available to order again or email us to request an item to be restocked. Otherwise, you may check back our website as our inventory changes daily.
